Movements are proud to announce their fourth full-length album for Fearless Records, Happier Now, with Will Yip (Turnstile, Title Fight, Circa Survive) once again serving as producer. The result is an album that's as expansive as it is emotional and takes Movements? signature sound to a heightened level that further establishes the band as scene statesmen. ?I think at first we weren’t really sure what the record was going to be,? vocalist Patrick Miranda admits. ?We all had a general idea: We wanted it to bring in the early elements of our sound and blend it with the newer material like [2023?s] RUCKUS! and mesh both of those sounds.? Two of the songs that came from that initial session were the album’s first two singles: The instantly infectious anthem ?Dissolve Me? and moody meditation ?Back In My Ways,? which collectively acted as sonic north stars to guide the band through the recording process.

JOHN SCOFIELD’S “ELECTROSPECTIVE” featuring OTEIL BURBRIDGE, LARRY GOLDINGS & ADAM DEITCH

Through his 54-year career, 3-time Grammy Award winner John Scofield has occasionally detoured from the traditions of straight-ahead jazz, exploring a blend of funk and jazz that has led to some of his most popular projects. In late autumn of 2026, Scofield looks back at many of his now classic fusion groove compositions with Electrospective. Not intending to replicate the earlier fan favorites, he plans instead to revisit them with the seasoned perspective of several decades; culling tunes from his Blue Matter, Uberjam, and AGoGo bands -- each responsible for a few recordings -- as well as new material in the same vein. Scofield looks forward to teaming up with a stellar band of colleagues, Electrospective will rely on interpretative input from Scofield alum and super funk drummer/producer Adam Deitch (Lettuce), multidimensional Larry Goldings (Scary Goldings, James Taylor) on keyboards, and legendary bassist Oteil Burbridge (Dead & CO., Tedeschi Trucks, Allman Brothers). With this repertoire so frequently (and loudly) requested by audience members, Scofield is glad to have a band that will truly do the music justice.

Originally a raw, visceral blues-rock outfit inspired by the likes of such juke joint rockers as , the Black Keys have expanded their purview after mastering their garagey roar with Rubber Factory in 2004. Making the leap to the major-label , the duo of guitarist/vocalist and drummer Patrick Carney dove into heady psychedelic territory, sometimes assisted by producer . The band's collaborations with the adventurous hip-hop producer opened the doors to a variety of sounds, colors, and textures, a broadened palette they'd channel onto sharp songs on their platinum-selling albums Brothers and El Camino, both arriving in the early years of the 2000s. After the trippy 2014 album Turn Blue, the Black Keys took an extended hiatus through the back half of the 2010s, during which time set up his Easy Eye Sound studio and label.

Maggie Koerner / Susie McCollum

Doors: 8PM / Show: 9PM / 21+ Right after getting her bachelor's degree in psychology, Maggie caught the attention of Brady Blade (Emmylou Harris, Dave Matthews Band) who produced her debut album, Quarter Life (2011). Shortly after the release and on the advice of fellow musician David Shaw (The Revivalists), she moved to New Orleans. Upon moving to New Orleans, it didn't take Koerner long to write another album she would record and produce herself, Neutral Ground (2013). It was around this time that she had the opportunity to take over as the front-woman for Galactic, gaining international attention for her fiery performances and commanding presence touring alongside Widespread Panic, Charles Bradley and Dr. John. Her songwriting and vocals are featured on Galactic's albums Carnivale Electricos (2012) and Into The Deep (2015), both of which feature singles she co-wrote with Shaw, , "rdquo" -> Hey Na Na" and , "rdquo" -> Dolla Diva." In 2015, Koerner left Galactic to focus on her music again which has included a string of festival performances including New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, Austin City Limits, Pemberton Music Festival as well as tours alongside The Revivalists, Band of Horses, Marcus King, The Head & The Heart, Shakey Graves, Tank & the Bangas, Warren Haynes, Gov't Mule & more. As her momentum continued to grow, Koerner reached out to the UK-based singer/songwriter Fink who wanted to collaborate with her through his R'COUP'D imprint via Ninja Tune. The result, an EP titled Dig Down Deep, was released in 2016 and showcased an ever-evolving Koerner. Fink's sparse production emphasized the intensity of her vocals creating an intimate, yet powerful listen. The album was well received by CLASH Magazine who proclaimed , "rdquo" -> Koerner is rather special talent..." and highlighted her , "rdquo" -> remarkable sense of depth and songwriting..." Koerner continued to tour, signed a publishing deal and eventually began to work on a new album, collaborating with a variety of artists and producers to pen 11 songs recorded in New Orleans. In 2019 & 2020, a series of singles were released including the searing , "rdquo" -> If I Die", which was featured in ABC's Grey's Anatomy. Koerner's LP , "rdquo" -> The Bartholomew Songs," was released March 2022 independently. In October 2022, Maggie spent a month in Louisville, KY filming and starring in an independent film, , "rdquo" -> Heart Strings" (2024). Maggie recently co-wrote 2 songs with Jessica Simpson on her recent albums Nashville Canyon EP Pt 1 & 2. Koerner's latest album, UPSTATE, is out now. She & Ajai co-produced this 12-track album in New Orleans.
